I’ve got very used to being upstaged (quite rightly!) by my animals. So Sausage the Welsh sow seems to have captured your hearts when she appeared on Escape to the Farm on @channel5_tv last week. Here she is, in fine fettle (thank you for your concern) & here are the piglets. My how they’ve grown…!!! Escape to the Farm is on again tonight at 9pm. I’ll take you on my favourite walk, help give our sheep lockdown haircuts, & make a lemon drizzle cake with the help of some bees… see you at 9pm on @channel5_tv !

Just been for a very hilly run (hence looking a bit revolting. Sorry.). But now going to treat myself to a slosh about in the new Humble range bath salts, which are (though I say so myself) bloody gorgeous & make your aching limbs feel positively perky. There is more in a new gift collection. All biodegradable, sustainable with minimal recyclable packaging & the only animal they are tested on is me. Available now from @sainsburys Spoil yourself, not the environment. #happysaturday
